Guarantees and returns
This website operates under EU rules and you always have the right to a minimum 2-year guarantee at no cost. This 2-year guarantee is your minimum right. If goods you bought anywhere in the EU turn out to be faulty or do not look or work as advertised, we will repair or replace them free of charge or give you a price reduction or a full refund. As a general rule, you will only be able to ask for a partial or full refund when it is not possible to repair or replace the goods. You might not be entitled to a refund if the problem is minor, such as a scratch or other minor cosmetic defect.
How to get goods repaired, replaced or refunded
The 2-year guarantee period starts as soon as you receive your goods. You must inform us within 2 months of discovering the fault, otherwise you may lose your right to the guarantee. Within 6 months of their receipt, you simply need to show us that the goods are faulty or not as advertised. After 6 months you need to prove that the defect already existed on receipt of the goods, for example, by showing that it is due to the poor quality of the materials used.
In any case we will always endevour to provide you with a solution.
Technician

We consider our customer service to be the main stream to our success. A vacancy of Technician is open in our Repairs Department. The chosen candidate will coordinate repairs, mainly of electrical nature, responsible of repairs related inventory levels and other ad hoc duties that may arise.
S/He must have good command of English and Maltese. Previous working experience in a similar environment will be considered an asset. General Electrical knowledge and a positive nature are key for this role to offer the best service to our esteemed clients.
The main responsibilities will relate to dealing with customer enquiries by offering advice and guidance, perform in-house repairs and find himself useful performing other tasks as the need arises.
