Two Lighting Functions

1. Automatically switches on at dusk (<50 lux) with constant 50 lumens for approximately 24 hours.
2. Automatically turns on at dusk with 50 lumens; when motion is detected, brightness increases to 400 lumens and returns to 50 lumens after 25 seconds of no movement.
