Would you like to combine gas and charcoal?
Remove the flame trays and place the charcoal insert over the burners.
You can use any charcoal (don't fill it up completely or pile it up).
Place the grid on and light the burners.
Due to the intense heat, the charcoal ignites on its own and takes about 15 minutes 
until it has passed through and you can put your food on the grill. (Depending on type and quantity)

Bundle the heat in the interior with the divider. Simply
slide it down next to the cast plate, hotplate, charcoal insert, etc.
and you have "separated" your grill and the heat is
bundled in each chamber and passed directly upwards.
Suitable for all accessories that you can insert into your grill.
